CBSE Learner provides educational content including but not limited to:

• Question banks and practice tests
• CBSE sample papers
• NCERT solutions
• Revision notes and study materials
• Interactive quizzes
• Progress tracking and report cards

3. User Account and Registration

To access certain features of the Platform, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and update your information to keep it accurate
• Maintain the security of your password and identification
• Accept all responsibility for activities that occur under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Payment Terms and Razorpay Integration

All payments for premium subscriptions and services are processed through Razorpay, a third-party payment gateway. By making a payment, you agree to:

• Pay all charges associated with your account in accordance with billing terms in effect at the time
• Provide accurate payment information
• Authorize Razorpay to charge your payment method for all applicable fees
• Understand that all transactions are processed in Indian Rupees (INR)
• Accept Razorpay's terms and conditions for payment processing

We do not store your complete payment card details. All payment information is securely processed by Razorpay in accordance with PCI DSS standards.

5. Subscription Plans

Subscription plans are available for premium content access. By subscribing, you agree to:

• Automatic renewal of your subscription unless cancelled
• Payment of subscription fees at the beginning of each billing cycle
• No refunds for partial subscription periods unless otherwise stated
• Access to premium content only during active subscription period

All content on the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of CBSE Learner or its content suppliers and is protected by Indian and international copyright laws.

You may not:

• Reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content
• Share your account credentials with others

• Remove any copyright or proprietary notices from materials

7. User Conduct

You agree not to use the Platform to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe upon the rights of others
• Transmit any harmful or malicious code
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Platform
• Interfere with or disrupt the Platform's operation

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CBSE Learner shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

9. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through a notice on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
